Maximum of 2 pets per home. Combined weight limit for pets is 75 lbs. The one-time pet fee for: cats $300; dogs $600. One-Time non-refundable per pet fee applies to both cats and/or dogs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Take exit 2C on the left for Miami Ave toward Downtown/Biscayne Blvd/Brickell Ave. Keep right at the fork and follow the signs for Biscayne Blvd. Turn right at SE 2nd Ave/US-1 South, then turn left at SE 8th St/Carlos Arboleya Blvd. Turn right at Brickell Bay Dr and The Yacht Club is 1/4 mile ahead on the left. From I-95 South Head northeast on I-95.
