Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs with weight restrictions of up to 100 lbs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

From the west pass River town Crossing Mall on 44th Street. The entrance of the community is across from KinderCare Day Care Center.From the east we are the 1st street you can turn right on after Byron Center Rd. Look for the Speedway Gas station at the corner of 44th and Byron Center.
