We allow dogs. Dog - We happily welcome your four legged friends here at Mallard Crossing, allowing two pets per apartment home. There is a $300 fee for the first pet and a $100 fee for the second pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet/per month. There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
