Pet Policy

We allow dogs and cats. Dog - *-Maximum of 2 pets per unit *-Pet deposit will be required per pet *-Must be a minimum of 6 months old *-Cannot exceed 75 lbs at full maturity *-Breed restrictions apply *-$50 per dog will be charged per month *-Pets designated as service animals to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for specific purposes of aiding that person will not be charged pet fee's. All verifiable documents must be provided to management prior to move-in. *-Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Chow, Pit-bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pitt-bull Mix, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Dalmatian, Presa Canario, Stafford Bull Terrier, and Wolf Mix. Cat - *-Maximum of 2 pets per unit *-Pets must be a minimum of 6 months old *-A pet deposit of $500 will be required for first pet and $500 will be required for additional pets *-$35 per cat will be charged per month *-Pets designated as service animals to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for specific purposes of aiding that person will not be charged pet fee's. All verifiable documents must be provided to management prior to move-in. *-Exotic animals are not allowed in the community.
