We charge a non-refundable fee of $400 per apartment should you choose to have a cat, and a non refundable fee of $600 per apartment should you chose to have a dog.Dogs will be allowed in building 6 only and the owner must provide proof of vaccinations.No more than 2 pets max per apartment
