We allow cats and dogs. No aggressive breeds allowed. You may have up to 2 pets per home, as long as they are each under 40 pounds. Non-refundable one time pet fee is $350 for 1 pet under 40 pounds. $450 for 2 pets or 1 pet over 40 pounds. Monthly pet fee is $20 per pet.
