We offer free wi-fi and cable TV to all our residents in our clubhouse which can be privately reserved by residents for free. There are free fresh baked cookies and coffee in the office each day. We also have multiple resident events and contests each year. We allow cats and small caged animals with a $300 security deposit. We only accept service or guide dogs. Parking is free for each resident. Every resident on the lease with a valid registration will receive a parking permit. UCD is a short 2.5 miles away from campus. A typical bike ride would be fifteen minutes and a fifteen minute bus ride. Wireless interent is available in our clubhouse and it is open during normal business hours. We have a diverse population of students, families, grad students, working professionals and everything in between. We welcome everyone. There are two on site laundry facilities that are conveniently open 24 hours, there is quarter change available in the office. The Willows Apartments is known for being a very peaceful and quiet property. No "party place" reputation here. No credit check or application fee is required. It is a first come first serve basis, with nmo wait list. The secure an apartment you would need to sign a lease and pay the security deposit.
