Pet Policy

Cats are allowed in all buildings and dogs are permitted in specific buildings throughout Preston Gardens. Restricted breeds include Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and Pit Bulls. There is also a 70 pound weight limit for all dogs. Prior to move in, a refundable $400 security deposit is required, as well as a $35 per pet per month.
