First residents there, like the addresses, quiet at night, windy and unique to wildlife. We had an owl that was outside our third floor balcony. Was the first community. First their was nothing around but Gale Ranch CC at the time it was built. Now their is a couple years old Safeway with a Fuel Station and Peet's Coffee and other ea
