As expected with a townhouse, Palmilla offers tons of space with attached two-car garages. Yet, the bedrooms are very small despite how big the kitchen and living rooms are. Also, the complex feels a little rundown, especially the pool and the courtyard areas. Pros: Tons of storage with the attached garage and several closets throughout the unit. With two spots within the garage and the ability to park two more cars in the driveway, parking should never be an issue. Washer/dryers are included.
While I agree with some of my neighbors' grievances about Palmilla, I find that the blame is being misplaced. As one neighbor mentioned in their review, Palmilla is half renters and half owned privately. What has become painstakingly obvious in my years of renting here is that the home owners do not like the renters, and group us all

These townhomes are pretty spacious. If you don't like stairs this is not the home for you..in some of the three bedroom plans..overall the grounds are kept up for the most part.
