Pet Policy

Pets are welcome! 2 pets per household. Pet Deposit is $500 or non-refundable premium of $87.50 is required for the Pet Sure Deposit as well as a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and $15.00 per month pet rent. We don't have weight restrictions for the pets but we do have breed restrictions and a pet interview will be held by the manager prior to approval of any pet.
