The Oaks at Spring Garden apartments is a very experienced property designed with students in mind. Offering a quiet and peaceful environment for our student residents to enjoy, we are selected by the more mature student, sophomores to graduate students, and some grads stay with us to take advantage of the great amenities and rates. Our great prices, amazing amenities, on-site staff, and on-site maintenance, really give you the most for your money. It is a place you can depend on to provide all you need in student housing. People love it here and often stay for the duration of their education, with big savings in housing costs! Also, we have non-smoking apartments! And, the HEAT LINE, the bus to all campuses, stops right at our door, saving you big dollars in parking passes for campus. We have lots of parking and it is free! Our goal is to provide you with the best in student housing at a price that gets you everything you really need in a student apartment with the least cost to you. Come see for yourself! At The Oaks at Spring Garden, all of our student apartments are fully furnished with all necessary furniture, full size washers and dryers, computer desks, free cable and fast access internet, wired and wireless. We pay all water and sewer, and the electric bill is divided by the number of residents, after we pay the first $60 per apartment. Each apartment has 4 bedrooms total, each of the 4 bedrooms is leased separately. Each resident has their own private bedroom and shares only the common areas with apartment mates.
