That was not my experience at all. Tracy and Ana in the office are awesome. I never had a maintenance request that wasn't taken care of within 24 hours. The maintenance guy is great. He's a good clean guy, not the kind that makes you feel a little uncomfortable being alone with in your apartment. I moved out in April 2008 and got
