The area driving into the apartements doesn't look the greatest-BUT, I have never had a problem. There is a police station down the street and I've never seen any "activity" from the surrounding apartments. I love the space inside the apartments, washer/dryers, huge closets, nice size kitchen. Ashgrove place is great place to live. There a great deal of positives, with a few fairly minor negatives. First the positives. The management staff is great. They are on top of stuff and seem very organized. They take the time to know your name (and the complex is not small) and patiently listen to any concerns that you may have.
