Our community is perfect for pets because our first floor units have private, fenced yards and hardwood floors. We offer plenty of space for your pet to run and play. We allow two pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions apply. We require a $150-300 pet fee, and $150-$300 pet deposit. Barry H. Baker Park and Bent Tree Park are located close to our community that will allow your family friend plenty of space to enjoy. We as well have two court yards on site for you and your pet to enjoy.
