For the price you cant beat it ...

For the price you cant beat it. Exterior modern looking, Florida vibe. Very small apts without any stoves. Microwave is included but it would be nice for at least 2 burner stove. Grocery Outlet and CVS is just a rocks throw away. Close to restaurants, bars, etc. Strict rules policy. Best Bet.

I lived here for 1 year, and it was spectacular! Very very clean, and very helpful staff. I don't think I ever saw even an ant, spider or fly in our apt! I always felt 100% safe too. I have lived in this apartment ...

I have lived in this apartment for about a year and am very satisfied. The location is superb - you are exactly in the center of midtown. The units and grounds are kept very clean and if you have a problem with your unit it will usually get fixed within a day. The staff also is very responsive. It is not cheap but well worth it.

These apartments are great. The location cant be beat and the staff do a good job of taking care of your requests. The only downside is it is very expensive. Parking is a little on the expensive side too. If price is not an issue, there is no better place to rent in Sacramento. Everything is a short walk away and also very convenient
