As a regular visitor to the Phoenix area, I have to disagree with the other negative reviewers. I've stayed at Bella Terra a number of times over the past few years and I'm always impressed with the upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds. In all of my visits, I've needed help from the staff only twice, but both times they've been help
