Pet Policy
Pets Welcomed! There is no pound restriction! Please see the following policy: House pets will be allowed only with the express written consent of the Landlord. Landlord hereby consents to the following pet being on the Premises: (#)Type of pet. In the event consent is given, pets shall not be allowed to relieve themselves in the bldg or on walks, landscaped or paved areas of the property. Tenant shall be responsible for the clean and sanitary removal of all pet feces to an appropriate trash receptacle. Pets shall not be tethered to the building, shrubs or trees or otherwise left unattended outside or in the interior common areas of the property. Tenant shall hold the Landlord harmless against any loss or liabiity resulting from pet activities in or about the leased premises and shall carry renter's liability insurance of at least $100,000.00 naming Landlord as an additional insured, evidence of which must be provided to Landlord within 30 (thirty) days of the beginning of the Lease term. If pets create unreasonable noise or odors, are allowed outdoors except on a leash, or in anyway create a nuisance, disturbance or unpleasantness or if Tenant fails to obtain renter's insurance as provided above, Landlord may in its sole discretion withdraw its consent in which case the pet must be removed from the leased premises with 5 (five) days of notice to Tenant that said consent has been withdrawn, failing which Landlord may terminate this Lease upon 10 (ten) days prior written notice to Tenant.
