Lived there in 2011/2012 in 3 bedroom. If anything went wrong, they would fix it asap or at least by the next day. Cable and internet is included which makes the rent not so bad. Neighbors can be loud at times but not bad for the most part. Landscaping is always kept up and looking great. Parking is frustrating though. Not enough sp
