Description

The Lodge represents a new type of living for students. Our community is unique in that it provides students with the support and accommodations necessary to assist them in the pursuit of their educational goals. We feel it is important to enhance the educational process with a shared sense of community. Whether it's a game of 1-on-1 on the indoor basketball court, a dip in the hot tub, or a gourmet cooking class, residents can be assured there will always be a fun activity going on at The Lodge. The Lodge also offers a safe way of traveling for their residents. Our shuttle bus runs residents to U of I campus Monday-Friday every hour from 7am-5pm making multiple stops around the U of I hospital. It also runs Thursday-Saturday to the downtown area. There is semester shuttle fee of $100. In our close-knit community, not only will students maintain current friendships, they will have the opportunity to forge many new ones.

Coming East (Davenport) & Coming West (Des Moines): 1. Take Mt. Pheasant Exit # 239A to Hwy. 218S 2. Take the 2nd Iowa City exit, exit 91 Iowa City/Kalona Hwy. 1 3. Take a left at the stop light onto Hwy. 1 4. Go thru 3 stop lights and at the 4th stop light take a left and The Lodge will be on your left.
