Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home, with no weight restrictions. There is a non-refundable $300/pet fee, and a $20/pet monthly pet rent. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

From the North - Take I-75 S to Exit 259 (I-285 W/I-285 E, left at fork). Follow signs for I-285/Birmingham. Merge onto GA-407 W/I-285 W.
