Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home, with no weight restrictions. There is a non-refundable $300/pet fee, and a $20/pet monthly pet rent. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

From the North - Take I-75 S to Exit 259 (I-285 W/I-285 E, left at fork). Follow signs for I-285/Birmingham. Merge onto GA-407 W/I-285 W. Take Exit 18 (Paces Ferry Rd toward Vinings, left at the fork) and follow signs for Cumberland Pkwy N. Turn left at Paces Ferry Rd SE (pass Starbucks on right), take left at the Quick Trip (on the right) onto Overlook Pkwy SE, right at the top of the hill onto Mt Wilkerson Pkwy SE. Follow signs to leasing office, located at Lakeside at Vinings Mountain at bottom of the hill. From the South - Take I-285 N to Exit 18 (Paces Ferry Rd toward Vinings).
