We truly have a lovely property! We have three different building areas on our property (High Rise Building, Apartment Square, and Condo's) and each has different amenities as far as laundry, utilities, etc. As a resident, you have access to our gorgeous pool and, of course, 24 hour maintenance. There is open and available parking throughout the property, but with the high-rise and the condo-style units, you have the option of leasing a reserved covered parking spot for $40 per month. Our entire property has controlled access so you would have a gate card or code that you would use to enter the property. We are located downtown at 125 NW 15th (just between Broadway and Robinson on 15th). Our location in downtown is, in my opinion, the best place to live in OKC. We're just down from automobile alley and a few blocks away from Bricktown-Oklahoma City’s hot spot for dining and events which include the Redhawks ball park, the Cine Capri Theater holding the largest screen in OK, and the beautiful riverwalk. Our residents enjoy using the nearby YMCA and the OU Health Science fitness center. Also nearby is the Cox convention center, Ford Events Center, OKC Museum of Art, the beautiful new downtown library and several other art hubs and theatre venues. We are just next door to Heritage Hills historic housing district and less than minutes from The Paseo arts district.
