Pet Policy

We allow dogs and cats only. Our Pet Fee is $200 for the first pet and $100 for the second pet. All animals MUST weigh 25 pounds or less and we allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. All pets must be neutered or spayed and have had all their shots. We must have copies of the paperwork from your vet and animals must be brought to the office for a picture before moving them into the apartment. We DO NOT allow snakes, lizards or other exotic animals.
