Pet Policy

Maximum of 1 pet per home. Dog weight limit is 30 lbs. Additional rent per month for: cats $25; dogs $50. The one-time pet fee for: cats $250; dogs $500. Fee is per pet. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

From the George Washington Bridge - Take the upper-level across the river to the Fort Lee Exit, then the Hudson Terrace Exit. At the first light make a right onto Hudson Terrace. Proceed through the next light to the stop sign and go left down the hill (Main St.). Main St. will turn into River Road. After 2 miles, look for Edgewater Commons Shopping Center on your left (Barnes and Noble, Pathmark). We are located on the left just past the shopping center. From the Lincoln Tunnel - Take the exit for JFK Boulevard East. Proceed north on JFK Boulevard East for approximately 2 miles. Turn right turn onto Hillside Ave. (opposite 60th St.). At the next light, turn left onto River Road. Follow River Rd for 1 mile, then take a sharp right hand turn after Independence Harbor. We are located between Independence Harbor and Edgewater Commons Shopping Center.
