Pet Policy

We gladly accept pets! A maximum of two pets are allowed in the apartment and each must be no larger than 50 pounds fully grown with a deposit of $400, $250 nonrefundable, and $10 a month. (This provision does not apply to animal aids used by handicapped persons) The Village restricts aggressive breeds from any of our pet-friendly communities. Please contact the Leasing Office for information on restricted breeds.
