I give the Dakota a four for the ...

I give the Dakota a four for the value. The Village is the one of the best places to live in Dallas for young professionals. Here's why I give my rating: PROS: 1. They have curbside trash pick-up on Mon, Wed, and Fri,so you literally have to just walk your trash and drop it right in the breezeway and they pick it up. But be careful

Love love love living here! Moved from California! Management is as friendly and helpful as they come. Rent is reasonably priced for the accommodations, gym is very nice! Highly recommend to anyone looking to live here!
