Review
We have genuinely enjoyed living in Heritage Apartments, Hillsborough, NC. We have been residents for almost 16 years and have experienced a variety of owners and management styles.
The new owners are making significant investments to improve the property.
The new manager, Elizabeth Pollard, along with her staff, has been very kind and responsive, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
Any maintenance problems we’ve encountered have been resolved professionally and on time. We also feel... safe in this complex.

I’ve been living at Heritage since 2021. I and many residents were very pleased since Greystar purchased this property. From the front house staff to maintenance they are exceptionally better than the previous staff and ownership. They accommodate requests out of the norm and are very easy to work with. The pricing model they have is very clear and concise as well as the many options for lease terms. I would recommend heritage to my friends.
