Yes! We do accept Pets! No animal lager than 45 pounds will be allowed in the apartment community. We also have breed restrictions and the following animals are not allowed in the community even if a mix breed: 1) Pit Bull or Pit Bull Terriers 2) Rottweiler 3) German Sheppard 4) Doberman and 5) Chows. There is a $500.00 deposit for each animal. All pet policies must be the following and there is a 2 pet maximum per household. Vaccination Records Are Required Prior To Move In.

We moved in 1/2 yr. ago and have been in heaven ever since. We sold our home and wanted something equally as nice. Once I found these I looked no further. We truly found our home. The staff is wonderful.Chris, the manager is a dream and cares so deeply about keeping Waterstone the most upscale apts. in all of sparks.
