Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 50 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $20 per month. The one-time pet fee is $300. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Central Park Townhomes is located at 11 Fir Street in Park Forest, Illinois, at the intersection of Fir St and Western Ave. We're located right behind the Park Forest Police Department and the Park Forest Village Hall. The Park Forest Historical Society is onsite. From Chicago, take I-94 to I-394. Take the Lincoln Highway West exit to Western Avenue. Turn left on Western Ave, pass Algonquin Park and 26th St, then turn right on Fir St. From Joliet and points west, take I-80 East to I-57 South (exit 151A). Take US-30 East (Lincoln Hwy) via exit 340. Turn right on Western Ave, pass Algonquin Park and 26th St, then turn right on Fir Street. From the Western suburbs, take I-55 to I-294, then continue on to I-394. Take the Lincoln Highway West exit to Western Avenue. Turn left on Western Avenue, pass Algonquin Park and 26th Street, then turn right on Fir Street.
