Walk the Talk

Pros: Great culture, people really care about the mission and the staff. Fantastic benefits, especially for a non-profit Cons: Not going to get rich here, but money isn't everything Advice to Management: Continue investing in infrastructure so that the mission can keep growiing

Great place to work

Pros: Helping the less fortunate or those that need a little assistance as opposed to a company that is only concerned about the bottom line. Cons: None noted - enjoyed working here Advice to Management: none

A very pleasant and happy one!!

Pros: The staff and management are very cordial and keep you in mind for any opportunities for advancement. They all get along as well. Cons: It is a smaller company, but it is rapidly growing.
