A so-so experience...

I agree with the first reviewer. Simply put: this is a nice apartment complex, but not worth the price. The location is nice (although these Southwood people are a little strange and cultish--Pleasantville much?). Also, the pool area is nice. The maintenance staff responds to work orders quickly, which is good because there are alot

Nice, but far from worth it!

By far one of the most poorly constructed apartments I have ever lived in. For what you pay to live here, you certainly do not get a "luxury" experience with how terribly not only the apartment itself is put together, but how crappy the appliances are. Kitchen drawer broke in my bare hands, the refrigerator door doesn't close complet
