Pet Policy

We allow dogs and cats. No more than two animals each weighing up to 100 pounds or less full grown are allowed per apartment. Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggresive breeds will not be allowed. These include, but are not limited to, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Chow and Pit Bull. Exotic animals such as reptiles, birds and rodents, and poisonous animals such as tarantulas, insects and poisonous fish are not allowed. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon max on the 1st floor. A $250.00 deposit and a $250.00 non-refundable animal fee is required for pets up to 30 lbs. A $300.00 deposit and a $300.00 non-refundable animal fee is required for pets 31-65 pounds. A $350.00 deposit and a $350.00 non-refundable animal fee is required for pets 66-100 lbs. For two animals, the lessor of the two will be considered a second pet and a $300.00 additional deposit will be the only amount required.
