I don't know where some people get their horror stories. This place is not a Five-Star Complex but it's hardly the slums. I will do my best to address all the key points... so beware this may be lengthy. SAFETY-- I've never felt unsafe living at the Devonshire. There may be some questionable looking neighbors but for the most part
I have lived at Devonshire over six years in two different apartments. Both places have been well taken care of and the neighbors are friendly enough. The office staff and manager were very helpful when I moved to a bigger apartment. Any noise problems are taken care of.
The Manager at this complex is very rude. When you rent here they are so nice and friendly, but once you move-in beware. The manager lives here too, and all rules apply to everyone but her. If you confront her she will start harrassing you. BEWARE.
