In about 2 weeks, I will fulfill my 1 year lease w/the Devonshire. Overall, the experience hasn't been bad... The office staff is friendly and maintenance has always been helpful. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is b/c the apartments are in need of updates in their kitchens. But as a whole, the apartments are spacious, the

I have lived in Devonshire Apartments for about 6 months and I have nothing but good things to say about the overall experience. The complex was built in 1980, and although I have had to call a few times for repairs (minor stuff - Dishwasher, sliding door, etc..) they have been LIGHTENING FAST at repairing it. Terrible

The Manager at this complex is very rude. When you rent here they are so nice and friendly, but once you move-in beware. The manager lives here too, and all rules apply to everyone but her. If you confront her she will start harrassing you. BEWARE.
