I love it and have no complaints tbh. Everything was exactly what I was expecting. It’s cozy especially being from nyc and coming out here. It definitely gives city vibes lol.

The fire alarm activating around 2 or 3 in the morning have been a problem over the past year, we have maybe 8 incidents, the management says they are doing something but is not working.

The upkeep has declined since I first moved in. It takes a while for them to fix things around the grounds. Trash cans and the trash room are often overflowing. The stairwells and the carpet in the hallways is filthy. The elevators and gates constantly breakdown. At looks like they are getting a new property manages so fingers crossed that things get better.

This includes a stronger focus on grounds upkeep, trash management, cleaning of common areas, and minimizing ongoing elevator and gate disruptions.

Pathetic move in experience. I am on 5th floor and elevator doesn’t work. No prior proper information. Really disappointed and stuck. Hopefully the community can give a date on getting it fixed. Lovey of floor is dirty and carport is coming off. Car parking garage gate is not working.
