Move in review I will say that once I showed up for my move in appointment in person, things were much easier to figure out and the staff was nice. However, leading up to move-in, getting in contact with someone was nearly impossible. I called many times, left messages, and received 0 calls back. I had many questions about my lease, and was receiving little to no information to work off of. I eventually received a move-in packet email (after my roommate called and asked why we hadn’t received... anything yet) which provided me with some information, but also advised me to complete some tasks that I later found out were not necessary to finish until I my move-in day. It seemed like there were some discrepancies between the information I was receiving by email and what was actually expected of me. For example, the email stated that our first rent payment was due 7 days before move-in, but once I picked up my keys I was told “it is easier to just wait until we meet in person” because I ended up overpaying. Another issue I faced was that I did not receive my leasing document to sign until I showed up to pick up my keys. I then had to wait for all four of the people that needed to sign my lease to answer, be able to stop what they were doing, and sign the documents in order to actually receive my keys. This meant the appointment to pick up my keys ended up lasting over 2 hours when I was told it would be 15 minutes. Now that I am settled into the apartment I am happy with the unit, but would have appreciated a better system before move-in day. Read More

Terrible After 4 different maintenance requests. It was cancelled and closed without ever being fixed. Two service people have come back saying it needs to be serviced but never came back. My issue is still unresolved but was marked as resolved.

Great community Very upscale living experience immediate maintenance responses great staff quite neighborhood. Can’t ask for nothing more but better options with flexible payment options.

Amazing Experience My family and I recently toured the Berkeley Apartments with Skie, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Skie was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions, showed us several options, and helped us find the perfect apartment for our family’s needs. The tour was informative and stress-free, and we never felt rushed.
