Door lock battery running out I called the emergency maintenance number and left a message about battery issue and I think it about 10 minutes your maintenance man was here and fixed the issue, now that was fast. Thanks

Excellent move in process I needed to move in within a short time period, and they were able to help me and make sure I got a place to live when I needed. Usually moving can be very stressful, but they helped to make it a bit more manageable.

Not really anti-Autumn Lakes My complaint involved the recent action of the guy who supposedly uses the blower to clean up after lawn mowing. The week before last all the grass was blown up against my back door and I stepped in a “snowdrift” of grass every time I went outside. The grass also stuck to the building and I haven’t been able to clean it off.
Granted my bird feeders have been hanging on borrowed time, but I suspect the recent reminder about not using them to attract goldfinches,... purple finces and the occasional oriole came as a retaliatory comment from the person in question. I’ll miss them but I’m complying.
The :blowing, however, has not completely. I watched as the individual still blew the grass towards my door.. This was not as bad as the first time, but he definitely did not didn’t clear all the grass clippings by aiming toward the lawn.
As I said, this was not a complaint against Autumn Lakes or its lawn service in general. It is, however, a criticism of the performance of one individual. Hence, the rating of 3 stars instead of my usual 5.
