Pet Policy

Calypso accepts up to two pets per apartment - two cats OR one cat and one dog. Dogs are restricted to breeds that weigh no more than 25 pounds fully grown and only in specific locations. Pet deposits are $350 for up to two cats or $650 for one cat and one dog. There is an additional $35 a month pet rent for up to two cats and $50 a month for a dog.
