The only thing the office can do on time is take rent money. They didn't even have an apartment for us when we moved in but didn't tell me when I went and asked cause we were less than a week out they got mad at me for having an anxiety attack about it. Most of the major appliances broke or were not hooked up right in the first week. Every maintenance request took multiple requests to fix. We had a cockroach infestation and they were I my roommates CPAP machine and yet the original pest control... guy would just take a pic of our door and say he came in WHICH THEY KNEW ABOUT. Our fire alarms were malfunctioning and would go off at night. There solution was to just take them away so we didn't even have for alarms for months till I brought it up they blamed bad wiring and never fixed it at all and we just had to go without if we wanted to sleep. At one point our sink broke and they used OUR PERSONAL PROPERTY to fix it and broke the knife and just left it. They are impossible to get over the phone seem pissed if you show up in person and when we were moving out we never received any communication or move out email as we were supposed to. Great place so far I like it and it’s remodeled inside

Villas at palm bay: Vesteco. The greediest and most poorly run company I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing. They buy out the complex I lived in, charged an additional 300-500 dollars in rent than what we were already paying. The trash at some points has piled up for multiple weeks and was not picked up, so you had giant piles of trash just sitting there for WEEKS on end. The grounds are filthy, the landscaping shoddy, the paint job they had done was half assed and left half finished... paint on the rails and walls. Wanna pay online? They charge nearly fifty dollars for a 'convenience fee'. The previous owners? Barely a two dollar fee. Perfect renters for two years and accidentally paid an hour late? No leniency, huge fee. Zero empathy for their renters, they do not care about you, they just want your money. The area is crime ridden too, what's better than waking up to a swat team and 4 in the morning yelling for people to come out with their hands up? Oh, and they have to install a new useless contraption in the toilet? They leave a trail of dirt and mud on your floors and don't even bother cleaning up the mess they made in YOUR space. I am going on my third year here and the staff is beyond amazing!!! The ladies in the office are always so helpful and beyond caring and it really shows!! When I speak about the villas there is no negatives! The neighbors are amazing and look out for you as well. 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you so much Kayla and Brittany!!! You guys are awesome ??

This place is the best in the area. I am on my second year contract and ONLY have positive words for the facility and administration. Very peaceful place. Highly recommended apartment.
