Pet Policy

Cats and Dogs are welcome at our community. To maintain control of our pets, we ask that dogs always be on a leash when outside your apartment and never left unattended on a patio or balcony. Dogs are restricted by aggressive breed and by weight limit. Your pet's weight can not exceed 55lbs and we allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. We request that all pets are current with their vaccinations. Other kinds of pets may be allowed at our community but you should discuss your particular pet needs to determine if we can accommodate them. We will do all we can to make a happy home for your pet. The refundable pet security deposit is $300, and the non-refundable pet fee is $150. The pet rent is $25 a month.
