Great Place to Live! Beautiful grounds (pools and gym), resort style living, wonderful ammenities. Friendly office staff and security. We have a wonderful view from our place. I really enjoy living here.

San Marco is awesome , I moved in 1 year ago and it has been great . Thanks to Ernie Davis the Manager I will be renewing my lease for 1 more year, great place to live and Bart is right down the street.

I moved here a little over a month ago and so far it has been a good experience. For the most part its pretty quiet. Still get the occasional bumps and knocks from adjacent neighbors but it all comes with living in an apartment complex. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Parking space is hard to come by. Pretty good Apartments. Good price and size. Not a fan of the lack of storage or the noisy neighbors upstairs. but hey that's apartment living.

My husband and I recently sold our 3/1 home in Pleasant Hill and moved into a 2/2 upper/1,100 square foot unit with a delta view. We were a bit weary of living in Pittsburg but so far the gated complex is great. I do my shopping over the hill since I work in Walnut Creek. The staff were all very friendly and we paid a low deposit. W

This is a great place to live. We have 2 resort style pools, 3000 square foot gym, bbq area, Movie theatre, etc. I love it here. Just renewed lease! Woohoo!

I know what some of the people have had to say about this complex BUT after looking at over 60 different Complexes in the East Bay from Berkeley to Pleasant Hill, Martinez and More this Complex is a DEAL!!!! Thank you San Marco! We love your papartments! The staff is marvelous! The only downside is the view. But considering our other options, Kirker Creek and Ventana, we don't mind the view.

the complex is nice, sound proofing is not the best but personally I don't hear to much noise, I like living here, my biggest complaint is the pool, they claim it's heated, when you read the brochure that says "seasonaly heated pool" THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IT MEANS! This brand new community is people/family friendly. It also has many "free" facilities to residences such as pool, great gym, movie room, and game room with free games for the kids and a great pool table. People are friendly because they're happy to be there. They work with newcomers even when you don't have the greatest credit.
