Solid apartment community. The location is hard to beat, right in the middle of J-town and close to pretty much anything you would need. The office is always friendly and helpful and maintenance always responds quickly. Overall a great place to live.

After looking at several apartment communities, I chose Boulder Creek because it offered the best combination of location, amenities, and price. I've been pleasantly surprised by how much there is to enjoy here. The pools are great during the summer, and having a new dog park and outdoor spaces right on the property is a huge bonus.

I have been a resident here since 2021. I used to love my home and the management until recently. Unfortunately, new management has taken over in the recent months. I was anxious about this change, and now I can see it wasn't without reason. The new management is forcibly charging every resident a monthly fee for a trash valet system that has been proven to be extremely faulty and unreliable. This trash valet system made an error by neglecting to pick up our trash one evening. Because of this... and the warmer weather coming in, ants crowded the trash can before we were awake and able to notice the trash left behind. I was then charged a violation fee without any notice for leaving my trash can outside for a single day. I had to find out about this fee when I received my monthly breakdown of my rent and called to get more details. I was then told by management that the protocol should have been to bring the pest filled trash can inside my home to avoid receiving the same violation fee in the future. After much discussion, I decided to simply pay my extra fee and move on.
