Pet Policy

We are now allowing puppies and kittens! We require written verification of pet’s weight, age, cats are front declawed, cat/dog is spayed or neutered and breed. (We will not allow any aggressive breed). No dogs over 100lbs in weight will be permitted. There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment allowed. If you have 2 dogs, they are not to exceed 100lbs total. Dogs over 70lbs or 2 dogs with combined weight of 70lbs must reside in a downstairs apartment. According to our new pet policy requirements only ½ of the Pet Deposit is refundable, Pet Deposit of $300.00 for 1 pet or $500.00 for 2 pets, and a non-refundable amount of $25.00 additional rent per month. Call for other restrictions.
