Pet Policy
Our pet policy allows cats (declawed and neutered) and dogs, three months of age or older. Our dog breed restrictions follow the city of Aurora's restricted breeds and a few others. No more than two pets per apartment. A pet deposit of $200 is required for one pet and $300 is required for two pets. Non-refundable pet fees of $200 for one pet and $300 for two pets are also required. Monthly pet rent of $20 per pet is also required.
