Pet Policy

Our policy allows cats (neutered) and dogs.  The following dog breeds are restricted: Rottweiller, Doberman Pinscher, Chow-Chow, Pitt-Bull Terrier, German Shephard, Mastiff, Dalmation, Stafford Bull Terrier, Wolf Mixes, or any mix thereof. Pets must be at least 6 months old and no more than 2 pets are allowed in an apartment. One pet cannot exceed 65 pounds at maturity, and two pets cannot exceed a combined 100 pounds. Pet interview and breed documentation may be required.
