Moved into Brookmeadow in 1989 and now moving into my own home. Office staff receives my highest respect and regards. The maintenance staff have been prompt and efficient.
Close to school, nice staff. I've had no problems.
We looked into Brookmeadow when apartment hunting because we liked the location-close to the mall and 44th street. The employees were great, showing us the apartment model. However, the rent prices were high and close to what we now pay for our mortgage(1400 sq ft house in Jenison). The apartments seemed clean and nicely updated.
