Nosey maintenance Normally the maintenance guy would come and do what he came in for. If it’s for furnace he’d go to the furnace, change the filter and leave. But this guy who came to my apartment on the 6th of May walked to my kitchen and then bathroom before he went to the furnace. I saw him in the camera.

I dont know how you do it but its so nice n quiet here , Theres your usual everyday noise but the perfect no loitering rule is indeed the reason its safe here. The lights in every corner of this complex is Great . The maintenance is always doing their Best to have a upstanding apartment complex . The Grounds are kept up, n the buildings are kept in decent condition. Im very safe here with codes for entry into my home, Friendly community

Horrible staff

Staff was horrible, asked to fix a leak for over a year never fixed, black mold, ladies in the office were a nightmare. Circa 2012

Best Place to Live

It's located right in the heart of town so stores are all close by. Utilities with the exception of electric are included in rent and apartment amenities(washer/dryer, stove, central air) are great. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition and when it snows the parking lots and sidewalks are cleared in a quick and timely manner. Important for us early risers who have to be at work long before the sun comes up. Interior of apartments is clean upon move in and is responsibility of tenants to... keep it that way. Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was taken care of right away in a quick courteous manner. Don't know why all the negative reviews. Can only imagine that these tenants either don't pay their rent on time or are used to living in Buckingham Palace being waited on by servants. As for me I've lived here a few years now and plan to continue to do so. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
