The apartments themselves are nicely kept up and the grounds are well maintained, however, the internet service is absolutely terrible and the TV options are not much better. I think when I lived here that is was just awsome, Quite, Helpful, Pretty, clean apartments, Highly priced but you get what you pay for and its worth it. If anyone ask me this is one of the best apartments in the Grand Rapids area.
