Clogged sink I had a clog sink that developed overnight put the maintenance request in and it was taken care of the same day.

The floors are thin so you hear everything above you, everything is old inside and cheap, paint chips easy, 6 months into my lease and still don’t have a mailbox set up, and takes awhile to fix complaints.
