Annette H.I would like to say that I went apartment shopping and had 2 others places that I was interested in. So I decide to check out MSV and I am so glad I did. I was greet by Crystal Garcia which is the Leasing Manager and from start to finish I can say she was just great. Crystal was very professional and was very concern what w

We lived here during our one-year stint in Orange County and would do it again. The good:Friendly staff. Great amenities - the pools are really nice and not too crowded, the outdoor spaces are great as are the barbecues/fire pits/clubhouses, and the gym is really nicely appointed for an apartment building. Feels very safe. It seems
Can't say enough positive things about this complex; from the leasing team to the facilities on the whole, this is truly a great place to live!In the year I have been living here, I have enjoyed great parking, a well-built apartment and great facility features (weight room, pools, clubhouse).I would highly recommend living here!
This review is for Bridget at the leasing office. I am currently looking for a new apartment in the Irvine area. I work in Sky Park Circle two seconds away from Main Street Village. The location is great. The apartments are amazing! I love the smaller one bedroom all the way to the larger ones! Bridget was so amazing and helpful! She
We have been living here for about 6 months now and absolutely love everything about it! Apartment is gorgeous!!! The staff here is incredible they are all so nice every time you come in and have been on top of following up with us since day 1. September has always made sure we are happy and always in such a cheerful great mood every
Would absolutely recommend this apartment, only moving out because roommate is going to LA. It's a great, central location in Irvine, close to the major highways and interstates. 15 minute drive to the beach. Since it is in Irvine you get the Newport living but at an affordable cost. Love the granite and it has the most ideal layout
I had work at main street village for almost 4 months and I have received the best customer service from my maintenance team and leasing consultants..Specially from Chris and Kathy you both are the best..Thank youJesus Sandoval
I have not had many interactions with the leasing staff so I have no idea how much of nightmare they might be. Most I've done is ask them for my packages, which they politely retrieve.I've been living here for two years and the apartments are pretty nice. Everything is gorgeous and there's a nice big, gated parking structure. I don't
Lived here 2 years
My boyfriend and I have lived at MSV since mid September, and we absolutely love it here. The grounds, facilities, and our apartment are beautiful. We both work quite a bit and it is so nice to have a place that we look forward to coming home to. I rarely write reviews for companies, both positive or negative, but I was prompted to d
The overall property gets a 4 star , the maintenance staff gets a 4 star but the leasing office staff - individuals who help with packages, work orders / problems get a 2 star. They staff is overall friendly, but it's superficial, they are overall not that competent and sometimes defensive. I do love the pools, gym and proximity to t
My husband and I loved living at Main Street. It is a gorgeous property with many fabulous amenities. We took advantage of pretty much everything and really enjoyed our two years living there. The reason why I have only given three stars is because of the terribly rude and unprofessional leasing consultants. They are so nice to you b
I have been living here for 2 years now, and truly enjoy the amenities & all the extra little perks this community has. People complain about the parking, but it's a parking structure & you never have to battle for a parking spot. Plenty of guest parking. I read about how other tenants complain about the staff, but honestly I only ta
I've lived at MSV for 15 months and will be leaving at the end of the month...And even though my family and I love it here with our lease ending the rent was going to increase and we wanted to downgrade to 1 BR/Den or the Cleveland floor plan so that we could stay, but unfortunately nothing was available on the floor or the floor pla
I haven't moved in yet, but met with Bridget in the leasing office last weekend and decided to move here. I had looked at several other properties and nothin else compared. Not only was I impressed by all of the aweome MSV amenities, but the unit was exactly what I needed, under my budget, and Bridget made all the difference. From th
I am a current resident and have lived here since October 2013...I am also surprised at all the bad reviews...the location, parking, building, pools, gym, dog park, room quality, everything is just great. From when I started the tour with the apartment, the staff have been very nice and they are still very attentive when I go in to c
I've lived here almost 5 years and I'd recommend MSV as a place to call home. I hear noise from the hallways, but never through the walls. If you're not on the top floor, deal with the noise you'll hear from above.Parking is an absolute breeze!! I've come home as late as 3am and easily found parking in the basement. If that doesn't w
This is my first ever Yelp review. Just like Andy K., I'm quite surprised by all the negative reviews. I felt compelled to write a positive one, which truly reflects my experience at Main Street Village (MSV).I've lived in MSV for almost a year now and I'm quite satisfied with the place. The staff is friendly, the amenities are great
I don't understand all the crap talking. I've lived here for a year. The people are taking about the past management. I have had no issues living here at all.The management is amazing. The area is quiet and only a 20 dollar cab ride to newport bars. No issues with stolen packages. No car theft. No bad attitudes from the leasing offic
There is a lot of mixed reviews here and I believe the reason is because obviously, living experiences are very relative and extremely subjective, and a wide variety of inconsistent factors go into account (neighbors, pets next door, which floor you're on, which location in the community your apt is in, one bad experience with an emp
Wow... I'm really surprised to see such bad reviews of this place. Some of them are so bad, it makes me think they were written by competing complexes in the area. I don't doubt some people may have had bad experiences here, but it is not the norm. I don't usually write reviews, but I was so shocked at all the bad reviews here I felt
Beautiful apartment complex with incredible amenities!
My husband and I had already signed our lease when I wandered over to Yelp and read all of these terrifying reviews. I expected a nightmare, but that's not what I experienced. I think the property is well maintained. The staff has always been really nice to me, even though we're breaking our lease to move out early (we bought a house
I love coming to Main Street Village! I've been coming here for four years now and all I can say is that over time this place just gets better and better. This is a great place to live and their prices are comparable to what else is out there. When I looked at the other apartment communities in the area I realized that Main Street ha
I have been living at Main Street Village about 10 months. I am highly satisfied. When I moved to California irvine area from Hawaii visited at least 15 apartments among Brea/Fullerton/Irvine. I came back to Main Street village twice to look at the apartments. Bridget is the leasing professional and she really spent time to understan
I happen to like living here with my family. The location is really nice and close to freeways. The apartments themselves are very nice with lots of storage and nice cabinets. I love the computer/desk areas they have, you don't have to set another desk. What I like the most though are the planned activities. The food is great and a gr
best part about MSV is the crossfit gym on the top floor of the parking structure. Network Fitness Crossfit is a wonderful addition to the housings options for residents and the people who run the crossfit gym, Jeff and Carolyn Alexander, are some of the nicest, most accomidating, and knowledgeable trainers i have ever met!
My husband and I just moved in to Mainstreet Village a few months ago. I have never been more comfortable and happy in an apartment community. The wood flooring and spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and dark wood cabinetry really make for modern feel. We also love that this is a true "green" community. there is even an area
The BEST thing about Main Street Village is "Network Fitness" located on the 5th floor of the parking garage.
I like living here very much. Compared to other communities I've rented at, it's quiet - except for the idiots that let their front doors slam shut - but that is typical of all apartment communities. I'm renting a nice one bedroom apt for $1815. I am dissapointed with the appliances. They are below average and unsatisfactory for the
I moved in just a few months ago and I LOVE the place. There are really nice people who live here. Nice people also work in the office. I have always been greeted with a smile. Although I have seen how the office people have been treated once or twice. Some residents are just rude. The parties they have are so much fun. Great food an
Spent a year here, its ok. The place has a fair amount of amenities and the fitness center is well maintained. My only compliants are that the walls and ceilings are a tad thin and the parking garage can be a tad hectic. Otherwise, its a decent spot given the location and value.
Parking is a bit of a problem, there is also a fruit fly problem but the management offers free pest control. I still haven't moved out, so it's home. I just hope they wont take my deposit like so many other Irvine property companies. All in all, it's a good place to live.
Brand new spacious apartments with energy star whirl pool appliances. Community garden.right in the city, close to freeway. Theatre, decent gym, 2 nice pools. Love it here, expensive but they have ...
I have lived in several Irvine apartments including Villa Sienna, Toscana,Villa Coronado and now Main Street Village. As a current resident, I do believe some of the complaints are valid on the parking but it is much better than previous communities that I lived in (at least there is ample parking available as it's difficult to find
