Briarcliff is a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept up to two animals per apartment with a pet fee of $200 for the first pet and $100 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent of $15 per month for one pet and an additional $10 per month for second pet. No aggressive breeds.
