Studio apartment
I would not recommend living at 214 The Vue in Bowling Green.
From the beginning, I had issues with noise due to how thin the walls are. My neighbor would bang on my wall in the middle of the night, and when I brought it to management, instead of addressing the situation, they questioned what I was doing and suggested I rearrange my room as a “solution.” That shows how little they actually care about resolving real problems.
Toward the end of my lease, things got even worse. Management... suddenly decided to take over the internet billing and add it to rent. I had already paid Spectrum for that month, but when I spoke with Chris, the general manager, he told me I would still owe it through them anyway. After I tried to get clarification through email, he eventually stopped responding altogether.
Overall, communication is poor, management is unhelpful, and the apartments themselves are run down for the price they’re charging. You can hear everything through the walls, and issues are not handled professionally. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere
